Pricing Variables
What affects the cost of a restroom trailer rental?
Trailer size
The number of stations (2, 3, 4, 6, or 8+) is the primary cost driver.
Event duration
Single-day events are the base rate. Additional days are charged at a reduced rate.
Event location
Delivery is included within 30 miles of Columbus. Beyond that, a per-mile rate of $4 applies.
Guest count
Determines the recommended trailer size for your event.
Water access
If no water is available, a fresh water solution adds $200.
Power access
If no power is available, a generator adds $250.
ADA requirements
ADA-accessible trailers may include a premium of $350.
Weekend & peak season
Weekend (25%) and peak season (20%) multipliers may apply.
Custom branding
Branding starts at $500 and is quoted separately based on scope.
