Pricing depends on the size of the trailer, the length of your rental, and the type of event. For weddings and private events, most clients spend between $1,500–$3,500 per weekend rental. For long-term rentals, we offer weekly and monthly rates. Contact us for a custom quote.
We will guide you on the correct size trailer for your situation. Factors we consider are guest count and if the trailer will be the primary restroom.
Yes — for short-term rentals, we require a 50% deposit to secure your trailer rental. The balance is due upon delivery. Deposits ensure your date is locked in, as availability is limited during peak season.
For long-term rentals a deposit equal to the 1st months rent is required to reserve a trailer.
All of our bathroom trailer rentals include:
- Climate control (heating & air conditioning)
- Private stalls and sinks
- High-end finishes and lighting
- Delivery, setup, and pickup
Our portable bathroom trailers will come fully stocked with everything you need. We make sure to provide enough supplies so that your guests never run out of necessities such as paper products and hand soap.
Optional add-ons: restroom attendants, décor packages, and upgraded toiletries.
Our trailers can operate fully remote if necessary.
We can provide our generator if there are no adequate electrical connections on-site (20 amp outlet).
If there’s no water access, we will provide water via our on-board water tanks.
Since our trailers are often out on rental, we provide detailed photos and virtual walkthroughs. If you’d like, we can schedule a time for you to tour a trailer between bookings.
Yes. For weekend rentals, we deliver clean and fully stocked units. For long-term rentals, we offer scheduled servicing, restocking, and cleaning so your restroom stays fresh and fully functional.
Trailers can be set up almost anywhere with flat ground and vehicle access. We handle delivery and pickup. If running water or power isn’t available on-site, we can provide self-contained solutions.
The ideal placement for a restroom trailer is flat level terrain that is accessible by our towing vehicle (pickup truck).
We can also place trailers indoors if clearance is greater than 12′.
