Couples planning outdoor weddings often discover late in the process that their venue lacks adequate restrooms. This guide walks through every cost component so you can budget accurately from the start.
Base Rental by Trailer Size
The base rental is the largest cost component. A 2-station trailer starts around $895/day for intimate weddings. A 3-station runs about $1,295/day for 75–150 guests. A 4-station is about $1,795/day for 150–250 guests. Larger trailers (6–8+ stations) range from $2,495 to $3,295+ per day.
Weekend and Peak Season
Most weddings happen on weekends during peak season (May–October). A weekend multiplier (approximately 25%) and peak season multiplier (approximately 20%) may apply. A Saturday in June will be at the higher end; a Thursday in November will be lower.
Delivery
Delivery within our standard Columbus radius (about 30 miles) is typically included. Beyond that, a per-mile rate applies. For Hocking Hills or other distant venues, delivery may add $100–$200+ depending on distance.
Utility Add-Ons
If your venue lacks water or power, add about $200 for a fresh water solution and $250 for a generator. Many outdoor venues need one or both. These are standard add-ons and easy to plan for.
ADA Accessibility
If you need an ADA-accessible trailer, there may be a premium of approximately $350 due to the specialized nature of these units. We can discuss whether a standalone ADA trailer or an ADA-compatible configuration is best for your event.
Attendant Service
For larger weddings or all-day events, an on-site attendant can keep the trailer stocked and clean throughout the event. Attendants are billed at an hourly rate (approximately $75/hour). This is optional but recommended for events over 200 guests.
Putting It All Together
A typical 150-guest Saturday wedding in Central Ohio with a 3-station trailer, standard delivery, and no utility add-ons might range from $1,600–$2,000. The same wedding at a remote venue needing a generator and water solution might be $2,000–$2,500. Use our estimator for a tailored estimate.
